model works

01.

First we establish what the site has to do: what it sells, who it has to convince, how fast it has to load. Every project starts with that definition, not with a team.

Then we choose the team: senior specialists whose experience fits the work. A bench has to be kept busy; we keep none, so fit is the only reason anyone is on the project.

03.

You talk to the people building the site. Questions go straight to the developer or designer doing the work, and the answer comes back from the same person.

04.
